The BBQ PitStop team has always focused on top quality products. When things don’t turn out as expected, we want to do everything we reasonably can to make things right. To expedite this process, please review our return policy below:


When you receive your product, please inspect it and notify us of any issues as soon as possible; we will work with you to arrange a speedy replacement. We ask that you provide the original order information, or the information identifying the person who originally ordered the product in order to facilitate the return. If you are dissatisfied for ANY reason within the first 30 days, you may return your purchase unused for either a refund of the merchandise value or a replacement item of equal value. In the event of a manufacturer defect, within the first 60 days of ownership, we will replace the item, or provide credit equal to the value of the merchandise toward a future purchase should the identical item no longer be available. All refunds will be processed to the original payment instrument used. If this is not possible, a credit will be given equal to the value of the merchandise to be applied toward a future purchase. Unused products returned after 90 days will be given store credit. We cannot accept returns on gift cards, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of close out items – these terms will be indicated in the original sale documentation.
