Hate eating vegetables? So do we!
So, we batter and fry them. The flavor will punch you so hard in the mouth you'll think you have died*. But you didn't, because veggies are good for you (also good on chicken wings).
*No one will actually die
Directions
Combine 1/2 cup Chicken Wing & Veggie Batter 1 cup Louisiana style hot sauce . Toss veggies or chicken wings in batter (don't toss chicken and veggies at the same time, no one wants salmonella) and deep fry in 375º F oil. Fry wings for 8 to 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 185 to 195º F. Fry veggies for 5 to 6 minutes. For best results with chicken wings, marinate in Chicken Wing and Veggie Batter for 12 to 24 hours before frying.
